Infection after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can have devastating consequences, including potential graft loss, arthrofibrosis, chondral destruction or chondrolysis, and secondary osteoarthritis. Early detection aggressive management are imperative to improve the chances of infection eradication, retention, decrease risk loss.
